Departing May 23 flying Alliance airlines hopefully to maintain our Air New Zealand Gold Koru Club status. We reluctantly abanndoned non-Alliance Emirates and we fly MAS to KL, then Turkish Airlines to Istanbul and on to Athens. We have really enjoyed the Emirates in flight service on our last two Europe visits, but the Koru benefits are worth having for our domestic NZ and Australia flying during the rest of the year.
No France or canal boating in the itinerary this trip, but are hopeful we'll be back to that with the usual crew next year.
